	All-Grain Beer Ingredient Kits

Beer Brewing Kit available from Clan McGilly

Each 15 liter kits each makes up to 23 liters of beer (6 gallons). They are not concentrated at all, but brewed to a high gravity. Eight Liters of water brings the wort to a normal gravity, or less water may be added to make specialty brews as described below. Kits are complete with 15 gm yeast pack and priming sugar.

Pale to golden 6.0 35 1.050-1.052 2-row Pale, Cara-pils yeast Tettnang, Hallertau and Saaz.

India Pale Ale (IPA) - $ 42.00
14 50 1.050-1.053 A richer version of the pale ale with the classic heavy hop aroma and flavor. Dark red colors with an enjoyable body rich enough for a meal or just a frosty mug on the back porch. Munich, 2-row Pale, Cara-pils yeast, Carastan Centennial hops.
